When Maureen first came to us she hadn’t had a natural bowel movement without laxatives for years.
She was also on multiple medications for different ailments - which were all part of a systemic issue - and the doctors were keen to put her on more.
Hasten to say, she didn’t need more medication for her health problems ... what she needed was to work on her internal health, change her terrain, relax her nervous system, decrease her inflammation, and give her body what it needed to heal.
Well, in only a matter of weeks we’d achieved all those things.
Not only that, Maureen went from strength to strength and now knows her body better than she ever did.
