Something that has been obvious to me throughout the last 17 months, is that the majority of people who are pro lockdowns & wearing mask etc, are all people that don't have a purpose or passion bigger than them to get up every day and put their energy into.

This has meant that everything "Covid" related has become their passion. It is the most important thing in their life.

They are addicted to the drama of the situation, and they have stapled their identity to "being a good person, and following the rules."

This is why so many people are reluctant to see "Covid" go, as it would mean them returning to their mundane lives, which are devoid of any excitement or passion.

This is why I tell my clients it is crucial to have a dream to move towards, or at least a nightmare to move away from, as it gives them motivation and discipline to get out of bed each day and a move forwards in life.

If you find yourself a little lost in this department, just have a think about what you would happily do for free. What gets you excited, or that leaves you with lots of energy.

It doesn't matter if it's a sport, hobby or job.

Then start to think about how you can make that thing part of your life, (whether in a recreational or professional way), and put a plan of action in place.

Once you have something bigger than you to put your energy into, you'll forget about all the noise and nonsense created by the mainstream media & you'll be concentrating on things that matter.
