Thereโs no greater way to start the day than spending some quality time rebalancing with Mother Nature.
After my morning workout, I spend 45 minutes walking bare foot in the wet sand which has a wonderful earthing and detoxifying effect on the body.
It is also a great way to clear the mind and get you ready for a busy day ahead.
If you havenโt got a beach near by, you can do this on the grass too.
If itโs too cold go barefoot, then just spending time walking through nature, such as in a forest or park, will also have a fantastic calming effect on the body.
Give it a go.
