The worrying thing is that the majority of people out there STILL think wearing a mask (or two, or three), can actually stop them getting ill, whilst they continue to smoke, drink excessive alcohol, eat refined & processed foods, don’t sleep enough, do not exercise, get zero sun exposure or vitamin d, and perform no hot/cold therapy.

Then these people have the cheek to berate people who don’t wear a mask - as they know it does nothing to protect anybody from illness - who never get sick because they live a healthy life
and practice protocols daily that build a strong immune system and robust microbiome.

Protocols such as ...

• eating a diet rich in fresh foods and vegetables,
• exercising intelligently,
• taking essential supplements,
• hydrating with clean water,
• taking the time to breath deeply,
• taking cold showers,
• surrounding yourself with people you love,
• spending time in nature,
• human interaction,
• exposing yourself to sunlight,
• getting adequate sleep, and
• performing mental and emotional practices such as journaling, meditation & listening to uplifting music etc

These are the REAL protocols that create a robust immune system and a healthy terrain that will protect you from any pathogens

Wearing masks, using hand sanitiser and social distancing will not ... in fact, they all have the opposite effect.
